E. Sjöqvist, 'Numismatic notes from Morgantina: I. The ΣΙΚΕΛΙΩΤΑΝ coinage' American Numismatic Society Museum Notes 9 (1960), p. 53-63, attributes this issue to Morgantina; though this is a possible mint it is very doubtful whether, in view of its axis, the monogram on reverse can stand for either Morgantina or Tauromenium.
