Note:
Contra RIC VI, pp.436, 447-448, the province of Pannonia Superior, and therefore mint of Sisica, fell first under the administrative jurisdiction of Diocletian as Augustus of the east, not Maximian as Augustus of the west, so then fell to Galerius as the new Augustus of the east in AD305. In further support of this re-assignment see T. Barnes, The New Empire of Diocletian and Constantine (London, 1982), p.197.
