In addition to RIC VI's assertion that Licinius assumed control of Siscia after November 308 (p.451), Omissi and Lindholmer indicate a lack of evidence to suggest Galerius's authority over the Balkan region had ceased, therefore suggesting the close cooperation and sharing of territory by these two Augusti.
